The Family Matrix, sometimes known as Family Constellation, works through the principle of proxy. People attending the matrix stand in for your family members. Through the process old patterns are identified and shifted. A new pattern is set. The good news is that everyone benefits from the intentions of the matrix. It is a powerful tool to shift old non-functioning patterns in yourself and in your family.

Chosen representatives become a living model of the original family relationship system. People representing others (in proxy) whom they don’t know can experience in their own bodies, what those persons felt, what they needed, and what will help.

We are all connected as the family of man. It is through this connected energy or “collective consciousness” that we tap into the information needed to release the negative patterns of relating that are slowing down our spiritual evolution personally and as families.
